Frequently Asked Questions

Can we drink the water?

Yes, the water is safe to drink if needed as it is treated bore water. Please note that as it is sourced from a bore, it may contain natural minerals and impurities. Alternatively bottled water is available for purchase in the shop.

Do you have a dump point?

No, we do not have a dump point on site. The nearest dump points are located in Mount Isa and Alice Springs.

Do you have wifi?

We offer a free Starlink connection – no password required, simply connect to STARLINK. The strongest signal is around the bar and reception area and it may be a little patchy throughout the park.

Can we play music?

We encourage all guests to be mindful of noise so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Can we have a generator?

Generators are not permitted to be used within the park, as they can be disruptive to other guests. If you do need to run a generator, we kindly ask that you use the overflow area, located away from other campers. Please note that this area is not grassed.

Can we have a fire?

You’re welcome to enjoy a fire during your stay, using the existing fire pits provided. If you bring your own fire pit, please ensure it is raised and doesn’t come into contact with the grass. We work hard to keep our grounds in great condition for everyone.

Where can we get firewood?

We don’t sell firewood on site, but you are welcome to collect any fallen wood from around the park and surrounding area.
